Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message content. This data is used to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties. It is retained for up to 12 months from submission unless you request earlier deletion.
Cookies
This website uses a single functional cookie to store your cookie consent preference. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used. The consent cookie is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to any third-party service.
Server logs
Standard web server logs record IP addresses, page requests, browser type, and referrer URL. These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes and are not used for profiling.
Legal basis for processing
Contact form data is processed on the legal basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and, where your enquiry constitutes a pre-contractual matter, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b). Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You may also object to processing or request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@stonepathway.eu. Requests will be addressed within 30 days.
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
Third-party services
